Thanks to the information received by our customers, we have started a series of tests to detect the problem. In fact, in many cases the call could not be made and, in others, the call was redirected to a number in the United States.
We have made the report to Vodafone to find a solution and, apparently, the failure is very difficult to detect, since the two companies intervene. Therefore, we notify all users of Iridium and Vodafone that they may suffer from this same problem.
We will continue insisting and working together with Vodafone until we get a solution.
Soon we will have more information.
