Each purchase on the website is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order.

We consider that once you have placed an order, you will have accepted without reservation our general conditions of sale, which will be revalidated by ESIS Satelital SL from now on GLOBALPLUS, at the end of the transaction.

By placing an order through this website, you guarantee that you are over 18 and have legal capacity.

2. Prices and offers

The sale prices indicated in the portal are shown in euros and, except for typographical errors, all prices include VAT, except in the case that the customer purchases from outside the European Union. www.theglobalplus.com may carry out exclusive promotions on this channel, reserving the right to vary the prices and offers with respect to the rest of the group's stores.

Promotions are not compatible with other discount coupons.

The characteristics and prices of the products offered, are constantly updated. In case of warning of a typographical error in the content of the web, it will be immediately corrected.

4. Shipping Modes

The products purchased in GLOBALPLUS will be sent to Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Portugal and the European Union. In the shipments to the Community of Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla the client will have to assume the customs expenses generated.

FREE store pickup: With our store pick-up service you can get the product you want from the store in our offices completely free of charge.

You can choose the option "Pick up in store", in which case you will pay the amount of the product once you pick it up at the store. In the case of choosing this form of payment, we guarantee the reservation of your order.

Home delivery in 24h - 48h. We send your order to the address you indicate, in only 24h-48h hours if you are within Spain peninsula. We will send you an email where you can track your shipment. If you want to change the time slot (morning or afternoon) or the day of delivery, you can do it directly, by calling the number of the messaging that we show you. 

For your safety, the courier or the store will only deliver the order by hand, to the owner thereof and to the agreed delivery address. To do this, identification will be requested, showing NIF / DNI. It is preferable to indicate as the delivery address, an address in which you are usually in case of prolonged absences from home.

GLOBALPLUS does everything possible to respect the deadlines mentioned in the portal. However, GLOBALPLUS is not responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery or a loss of the package by yourself or for reasons or unforeseen or insurmountable causes of a force majeure.

In case you did not receive a package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier that could last several days. During this period, no return or reimbursement of the order can be made.

We advise you, upon receiving your package, to verify that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. If you detect any anomaly caused by the handling during your shipment, sign and indicate it by hand on the delivery note (in case of home delivery). 5. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are FREE for all orders in which the Pick-up option is selected. In the case of home delivery, the shipping cost is:

GLOBALPLUS reserves the right to charge shipping costs in situations of re-dispatch of orders, for reasons beyond GLOBALPLUS and courier service. Expenses incurred as a result of redirection will not be reimbursed if the client subsequently exercised his right to return the product.

In situations of redirection of orders, for reasons beyond GLOBALPLUS and courier service, the impossibility of delivery, shall be understood as withdrawal of contract, although the costs incurred by the re-dispatch shall be borne by the customer.

*** In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or Outside the European Union, the client will be responsible for the payment of customs duties when the package is received. ONLY in the case of shipments outside the European Union, the customer will NOT pay VAT on the item purchased, but the VAT of the shipment.

Plans and recharges

In the event that the customer makes the purchase of a SIM card with or without recharge, the shipping cost will be applied, since the card has to be sent like the rest of the products in our store. If the customer makes the purchase of a recharge for a SIM that he had previously, no charge will be applied to the shipping costs, they will be free, since the recharges are made digitally and are effective in the course of 2 hours approximately.

Therefore, we ask our customers to choose the product well when making the purchase. Choose "Refills" if it is a simple recharge, properly speaking, and "Prepaid", if it is the purchase of the SIM Card with or without recharge.

6. Forms of Payment

GLOBALPLUS offers the following payment methods:

  • Payment in store: Only in the case of orders with store collection, you can make the payment directly in the store when you pick up your order.
  • Credit card (except American Express) - 100% secure payment through the payment gateway of the Caja Rural del Sur. (MasterCard Securecode and Verified By Visa).
  • With PayPal.
  • Bank transfer: It is essential that when the transfer or income is made the order number is indicated in the concept of the same. Otherwise, the procedure may be delayed. 7. Returns

What happens if I change my mind?

According to the Consumer Rights Law, you have the legal right to return products that are not of satisfactory quality, that are not suitable for the purpose or that do not match the description and obtain a full refund, as long as you do so within a certain period of time. maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. Note that:

  • We can not offer a free exchange or repair if the defects are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty (for example, accidental damage and moisture damage). 8. Guarantee
